Qualifications:
In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Experience required:
To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level NH-02 or equivalent under other pay systems in the federal service. Specialized experience is defined as:
Experience providing program management support to facilitate and mediate complex program issues related to the acquisition of major defense contracts. Analyze data to provide recommendations for program performance. Experience developing risk assessments in accordance with standard operating procedures and policies. Education cannot be substituted for experience. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
Organizational Performance AnalysisPlanning and EvaluatingProblem SolvingProject ManagementRisk Management Applicants must meet basic eligibility requirements such as minimum qualifications, and other regulatory requirements by the closing date of the announcement.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
