We are seeking highly motivated Computer Infrastructure Engineers to support opportunities in Moorestown, NJ.
Under minimal direction, work in a collaborative team providing Computer Infrastructure support for the development and sustainment of Mission Critical Real-Time Systems, performing the following tasks:
Participate as a member of the Computer Infrastructure Team for commercial off the shelf engineering activities to include:
Hardware evaluation and assessment
Operating system analysis
Network analysis
COTS software evaluation
Migration of proprietary interfaces to network based protocols
System configuration and validation
Ensure real-time processing and response requirements are met
Analyze relationship between tactical applications and operating system
Identify root causes of problems
Communication with operating system vendors
System requirements analysis
Monitor Project issues for infrastructure deficiencies and issues that render applications inoperable.
Work with the customer and applicable vendors in debugging and facilitating resolution of all infrastructure issues.
Assess and report impact to applications for modifications to the infrastructure.
May train and supervise subordinate Infrastructure Engineers.
Looking for various levels of experience from - 0 - 9 years of experience in Real-time mission critical software design, development, maintenance, and support in an Open/Layered Architecture Environment; Model-based tools; Information Assurance; Tools Development; Real-Time System Data Analysis; Problem Analysis; System Integration.
Knowledge of and/or experience working with the UNIX, LINUX, and/or Solaris environments.
Knowledge of and/or experience developing variants of UNIX and LINUX scripts.
Knowledge of and/or experience with various network infrastructures and components such as routers, switches, SANs, and NASs.
US Citizenship in order to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Bachelor degree (in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field) or equivalent related work experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
