Work as team member on the Data Management (DM) team supporting all existing and future programs deliver CDRL and SDRL reports and documents. Coordinates that new account requests are processed. Create monthly delivery metrics. Tasks include but not limited to: creating deliveries memo, cover pages, distribution, security audits, create and label media, create TOC and link documents, and created delivery document. Assist engineers to provide support to the CM engineers with the development, documentation, and maintenance of processes. Candidate must be willing to support extended hours and non-standard shifts.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum one year experience working in a software development environment.
Ability to document processes associated with daily tasks.
Data Management experience. Relational database experience.
Experience with engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met.
Ability to analyze and suggest improvements to such processes.
Candidate must have the ability to obtain & maintain a Secret DoD clearance.
Desired skills
DM/Engineering support experience.
Well versed with the use of MS Office include PP chart generation, Spreadsheets with Pivot tables and Word documents.
Must be detail oriented
Willing to work extended hours or weekends to meet program milestones.
Ability to multi-task.
Good communications skills with team and customer.
