Element Project Engineer to ensure process compliance and accuracy by project managing one or more Program products from system engineering design through software development through system engineering testing through customer delivery. Interact with Configuration Management, Quality Assurance, CSEDS, CPTS, System Engineering, Software Engineering and other internal / external customers. Take direction from one or more Software Program Baseline Leads. Attend SCRIBE, SIB, CCBs, and other process requirement meetings ensuring process accuracy and compliance. Update and Maintain STARSYS and ClearQuest. Coordinate Releasibility, FOSS, ATIC, and Export Control Requirements.
Basic Qualifications
Excellent writing and communication skills; Ability to multi-Task, Self-Starter, Highly Motivated, Attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred. Ability to generate, monitor or coordinate Build Plans; Ability to learn the generation and monitoring of schedules and build plans; Ability to learn metrics collection and analysis. Ability to learn to make process improvement recommendations; Ability to learn the Aegis SCRIBE, SIB and CCB or like processes; Shall follow MST Common Process (PAL) as required for programs worked; Ability to learn to develop, generate and coordinate Build Plans; Support and participate in monthly, IPT, SW-IPT, Waterfall, PE meetings Ability to learn status accounting tools such as STARSYS or Clearquest. Ability to learn to maintain and direct CPCR Status in STARSYS; Ability to learn to monitor and coordinate SDR resolution between SE and Developer; Ability to learn to monitor and coordinate QIR resolution between Sys Eng and Tech Rep; Coordinate software engineering concerns documented as a System Definition Request (SDR) through Systems Engineering (SE); work with FOSS team for approvals; Ability to learn to maintain fluent STARSYS knowledge; Ability to learn the AEGIS CPS as it relates to PE, CM, QA processing as well as impact to SE and SWE; Ability to learn to monitor and resolve concerns involving CPCR Closure and Verification Plans; Ability to learn to maintain and coordinate CTL/QA Deliveries. Must be able to obtain & maintain a secret security clearance. Obtaining a security clearance requires US citizenship.

Project Management; Presentation Experience; experience working with Software Metrics; Support delivery of tactical elements loads for Element Test and Evaluation (ET&E) and Multi-Element Integration and Test (MEIT) at CPTS and CSEDs; Ability to learn to address and resolve concerns relating to various Ad Hoc and Monthly SLOC Productivity metrics, Project Schedule. Complete metrics; Ability to learn to develop CPPOs/CTLs/RFEs/PEARLs and oversee process through CM/QA to Site delivery; Process deliveries with ECM's, SE, CM, SQA and Tech Rep. Gather information, prepare, distribute forms and attend CCBs; Process and present SCs/ICRs and associated ROMs for SCRIBE
