Engineer - Research & Development - Diode Soldering

Seeking strong background in researching, testing, selecting and approving soldering methods and materials for laser diodes composed of various III-V semiconductor materials.
Activities:
Work with the research and development team to select solder materials, application techniques and testing methods to determine thermal behavior and stress resistance of the bond.
Ensure that the submount material has a similar coefficient of thermal expansion to the laser die.
Perform FMEA and FEA for soldered elements in packaged optical laser heat sinks.
Qualifications:
M.S., Ph.D. or equivalent in Physics, Material Science, Optics, or Engineering discipline.
Strong knowledge of wafer bonding and eutectic bonding techniques.
Experience with die bonding, soldering, wire bonding and package sealing for semiconductor lasers.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
