Seeking individual with experience in physical vapor deposition of metals onto a variety of sputtering target materials including precious metals, pure metals, alloys, ceramics and more.
Design and test processes for new products using thin film sputtering of gold or other similar materials.
Analyze processes and results during R&D activities to determine acceptable final products according to product specifications.
Write and test Design of Experiments to approve or fail procedures; use lessons learned when revising DOE and pursue changes that will resolve deficiencies.
Document final approved process and equipment for future replication of process.
Experience & Education:
Degree in Optics, Physics, Materials Engineering, Material Science, or similar.
3+ years experience in a similar R&D or Process Development role in a thin film deposition environment.
Familiarity with creating and testing DOE for new products or processes for high-precision manufacturing.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
