Overview:
The Virtual CTO (vCTO) works with customers to align their business goals with IT, creating an IT roadmap through strategic planning and consulting.
The vCTO collaborates with customer's Executive Management Team and with all departments within Atlantic creating proactive solutions versus reactive selling establishing a true partnership between customers to drive standardization and efficiency.
The Virtual CTO will provide continuous customer education on emerging technologies and guidance on overall vision.
Responsibilities:
Utilize internal software platforms and resources to gather, analyze and produce actionable IT roadmaps and technology needs for clients with an emphasis on:
Providing tailored solutions within a standard product services setLong term budgetingStrategic guidanceProvide tactical guidance on complianceUtilize Fact Finding data gathered by Sales Support Reps in conjunction with data from internal systems and customer feedback to produce proposalsWork with Engineering Staff to create Scopes of WorkWork with Project Management team to provide details to drive closed projectsStays up to date with new technologies and industry standards to provide the most robust and efficient hardware/software platforms to customersAdditional Duties:
Work with vendors on the testing and viability of new products and services for business development opportunitiesDevelop an in-depth knowledge of internal systems and processesImprove customer service, perception, and satisfactionAbility to work in a team and communicate effectivelyWork with end user compliance teams to effectively manage external auditing processDocument internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilitiesResponsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as it occursWork through a daily schedule in ConnectWise that has been established through the dispatch process Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ConnectWise UniversityDefinitions:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree and/or its equivalent required.
- Minimum 3-5 years' related experience.
- Experience in supporting network architectures, topologies and protocols; Cisco IOS, CatOS, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Demonstrated excellence in a variety of competencies including teamwork/collaboration, analytical thinking, communication and influencing skills, and technical expertise.
- Ability to work with changing priorities and with multiple projects.
- Ability to be precise and attentive to detail is essential.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
- 5
years' experience desired.
- Cisco Certification Preferred.
- Knowledge of SNMP, DNS/DHCP, UNIX, and Linux.
- Knowledge and experience in Wireless hardware and software support.
- Knowledge of SIP protocol and Unified CommunicationsAbout the Company:
