- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Conduct regular account analysis to identify variances and trends.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor financial goals and objectives.
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of accounting software systems, such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Provide guidance and support to the finance team.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting.
- Experience with accounting software systems, such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
