Beauty by Biba Beauty by Biba Moorestown, NJ Moorestown, NJ Part-time Part-time $17 - $25 an hour $17 - $25 an hour 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago Our Spa Front Desk Receptionist's responsibilities will include the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services performed.
Additionally, the Front Desk Receptionist assists with transitional cleaning of the spa and lounge as needed.
Greet every guest with eye contact and a sincere, friendly smile Direct and manage the flow (what happens to clientele from the moment they enter the spa until they leave) Review daily appointments, prioritizing guest service and a fair distribution of appointments Handle all cash and credit transactions to ensure proper payment is received for each treatment Accurately book spa treatments, including confirming all information with guests and reminding them of cancellation policy prior to closing the interaction Possess excellent working knowledge of all spa treatments and retail products and can accurately answer guest inquiries regarding both Interface with all spa staff regarding operations pertinent to the Front Desk; communicate issues and concerns to appropriate parties and assist with resolution Ensure that reception, lobby, and other public spa spaces meet guests' expectations of cleanliness and organization Maintain inventory and monitor records of all products sold within the spa Open all incoming shipments and organize as directed Carefully adhere to all spa opening and closing procedures, ensuring the safety and security of the operation, guests, visitors, and staff Show initiative and be able to excel at their job without direct supervision Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service and sales skills Familiarity with Spa Booking Software Actively promote the spa treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
