The ideal candidate will have experience in a bar, casual dining restaurant, upscale casual restaurant, or fast casual restaurant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, seating them, and managing the flow of the restaurant.
They will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and handle any customer complaints or requests.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage wait times and provide guests with accurate wait times.
Answer phones in a professional manner and take reservations.
Be knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and promotions.
Ensure that the dining area is clean and presentable at all times.
Assist with setting up for special events.
Provide guests with information about the restaurant, including hours of operation, menus, and special promotions.
